Well, 5 stars is not enough when describing the work ethic and competence of Sarah Garrett. She is, by far, the best realtor I have ever worked with and I have recommended her to anyone who asks me for a reference. While working with Sarah to find a home I always had the feeling she was working for me 110%. Sarah was always right there to answer any questions I had and helped guide me through the negotiation process with her knowledge of the area. Even after the negotiation process was over she was extremely helpful with the inspection process. I had a very limited time period for inspection and being from out of state had no idea where to turn. Sarah had someone to the home the next day. Sarah will be there for you every step of the way.

As an out-of-stater, she helped us with every aspect from getting acquainted with the area, excellent directions, technical assistance with wire transfers , inspections, and locals. Definitely would use Sarah again; reassured us every step of the way.
